Nastar ( pineapple cookies )

when I make this one and smell it from the oven all I can think is my mother ! Always reminding me
Of my childhood in Indonesia every time we celebrate “ied”
my mother is my best guru of cooking ! What I like the most from this recipe is : homemade pineapple jam , especially mix with the smell and flavour from cinnamon and cloves , smell like Christmas too,

selai nanas :
Indonesian
Bahan – bahan :
Tergantung ukuran kalau kecil 4 nanas di parut
1 cangkir gula pasir
2 batang kayu manis
1/2 – 1 sdm cengkeh
Cara membuat:
Di masak di api kecil sambil di aduk hingga asat dan tidak berair, sisihkan kalau bisa masak Sehari sebelum membuat Adonan dan masukan ke dalam lemari es

pineapple jam :
Ingredients:
Depending with the portion, I used 4 small or medium size of pineapples
1 cup caster sugar
2 stalks of cinnamon sticks
1/2 – 1 tsb cloves
How to make :
Cook on low heat and stir well all the ingredients till thicken and not any water at all, better if you cook this before you make the other dough the you can leave it in your fridge

2 kuning telur
1 telur
2 sdm mentega or rum
Butter
400 gr margarine
3 sdm gula halus ( ayak )
500 gr tepun terigu ( ayak )
2 sdm susu Bubuk ( ayak )
2-3 sdm Parutan keju Edam
Extra :
1 kuning telur di kocok
Beberapa cengkeh
cara membuat :
Mixer mentega , margarine, dan 1 butir telur hingga Putih dan mengembang lalu masukan 2 kuning telur , mixer merata dan menggunakan spatula campur dan aduk gula halus, susu , keju dan terigu hingga merata dan biarkan 30 menit hingga kalis dan kenyal
Siapkan Papan untuk menguleni Adonan yang di taburi terigu Jika
Adonan masih lengket bisa di tambah sedikit terigu, bentuk Adonan yang diisi dengan selai nanas bentuk bola lalu olesi kuning telur dan tusuk dengan 1 cengkeh , panas kan oven 180C lalu panggang selama 20 menit dan biarkan dingin baru bisa di masukan toples atau di Makan

Ingredients :
2 Egg yolks
1 egg
2 tbs soft butter
400 g margarine
3 tbs icing sugar ( sift )
500 g plain flour ( sift )
2 tbs milk powder ( sift )
2-3 tbs grated Edam
Cheese
Extra :
1 yolk beaten
Few cloves
How to make :
Mixer butter, margarine , and 1 egg till pale and add 2 yolks then mix well again, using your rubber spoon you can mix and stir the icing sugar, milk powder, cheese and flour into your dough . Mix it well then leave it for 30 minutes till the dough is not that sticky then star shape the dough and fill the dough with your jam and make like ball size and put on your tray and spread the yolk on top and also tuck your cloves on top the preheat the oven 180C the bake it for 20 minutes, leave it cool and you can put in the jar or nibble them straight away
