Soft crab linguine ( linguine pasta rajungan )

One of the amazing recipe! Rajungan ( soft crab ) and pasta !
normally we always have crab pasta , but with this soft crab the flavour is even better , it’s easy to dressing their
Meat as their shells are very soft and easy to break and their meat is super rich ! and mixing them
With the citrus of lemon, saltiness with capers and some flavour from chilli and parsley , result is Voila ! superb … Superb … So enjoy !

Indonesian
Bahan – bahan :
5 siung bawang putih iris tipis
1 bawang Bombay potong kotak – kotak
3 cabe kering hancurkan
2 sdm pasta tomat
300 g tomat cherry
1/2 gelas white wine
Garam , gula pasir dan lada hitam
Minyak zaitun
2 sdm capers ( Jika Ada )
Linguine ( pasta )
3 rajungan segar
1/2 lengkuas iris tipis
1/2 kunyit iris tipis
1 sereh dikeprek
1 cabe merah iris tipis
1 jeruk lemon, parut kulit nya dan ambil juice ya
2 lembar daun Salam
Daun peterseli cincang kasar

Cara membuat :

Rebus air dan masukan garam, lengkuas, kunyit , daun Salam Dan sereh lalu rajungan dan rebus selama 15 menit , tiriskan dan biar kan dingin dan ambil dagingnya Saja , biar kan be berapa potong capit untuk garnish
Sementara masak pasta sesuai packet dan bersamaan panas kan Minyak dan Tumis bawang Bombay hingga layu dan masukan bawang putih Tumis hingga harum, masukan cabe kering dan tomat pasta, aduk merata , masukan rajungan dan naikan suhu kompor dan tuang white wine lalu turunkan suhu. Masukan tomat cherry dan lumatkan tomat dalam saus , seasoning dengan garam, gula dan lada hitam. Biarkan sesaat dan masukan cincangan daun peterseli dan peraskan jeruk lemon dan capers dan aduk rata , setelah pasta matang dan di tiriskan masukan ke dalam saus dan aduk merata kemudian sajikan di piring dengan parutan kulit jeruk lemon, irisan cabe dan capitan rajungan diatasnya

Ingredients :
5 cloves garlics thinly sliced
1 onion diced
3 dried chillies crushed
2 tbs tomato paste
300 g cherry tomatoes
1/2 glass white wine
Salt,sugar and black pepper
Olive oil
2 tbs capers
Linguine ( pasta )
3 fresh soft crabs
1/2 fresh galangal thinly sliced
1/2 fresh turmeric thinly sliced
1 lemon grass crushed
1 red chilly thinly sliced
1 lemon take the zest and juice
2 bay leaves
Flat parsley roughly hopped

How to make :
Boil the water the put some salts, galangal, turmeric, lemon grass and ay leaves then put all the crabs . Boil for 15 minutes and strained and leave it to cool and take the meat and set a side, don’t forget to leaves some of he claws for garnish
Meanwhile cook pasta according the package also heat the oil and sauté the onion till soften and put the garlics and sauté till fragrant . Add the dried chillies , tomato paste and stir well, put the crab’s meat and turn up the het and pour the white wine then turn down again and add the tomato cherry squeeze them into sauce hen seasoning with sugar, salt and black pepper leave it for a while then sprinkle parsley , lemon juice and capers and stir well again . When the pasta is done , drained and add the pasta into the sauce then stir well , place on the pilate and serve it with sprinkled of lemon zest ,sliced of chillies and one of the claws on top
