this is my favourite , looks bit scary but the taste is superb! I put loads of bird chillies on it and less salt because this ink is already very rich and salty!
more challenge with this meal is eating with your hand ! so ladies get your manicure afterwards! Hahahaha , anyway enjoy

Bahan – Bahan :
500 kg cumi ( besar atau kecil) di bersihkan tapi tinta nya jangan di buang. Bagian dalam perutnya Saja yang di buang
Kalau cumi nya besar bisa di potong potong .
4 siung bawang Putih iris tipis
4 siung bawang merah iris tipis
Cabe rawit sesuai selera iris tipis
2 cm jahe kupas di keprek
Garam dan gula pasir secukupnya
minyak Sayur

Cara membuat:
panaskan minyak dan Tumis bawang Putih dan merah hingga harum, masuka n jahe dan Cabe rawit Tumis 1-2 menit dan masukan cumi aduk rata hingga Ada air dan berwarna hitam, sambil dicicipi tambahkan garam dan gula , masak hingga cumi matang dan air nya memgental sajikan dengan nasi hangat

Ingredients :
500 kg squids ( big or small ) cleaned but keep the ink just remove the inside from it stomach bits and if you use big squids you can chop Into pieces
4 cloves garlics thinly sliced
4 cloves shallots thinly slice
bird chillies as you like and thinly sliced
2 cm peeled ginger then crushed
Salt and sugar
Vegetable oil

How to make :
heat the oil then sauté the garlics and shallots till fragrant then put the ginger and chillies then sauté for 1-2 minutes then you can add the squids and stir well then cook until they are juicy and got black cook more until the squids is cooked and the juice is thicken , serve with steam rice
