this menu is great and simple , I used to make this from my sirloin left over ! I love sirloin because it’s quick to cook and taste delicious .i rather say this menu is the combination of teriyaki and sukiyaki sauce which
Is mix mirin, sugar and soy sauce and the result is phenomenon

Indonesian
Bahan – bahan :
Saus atau kecap teriyaki marinade 300 gr daging sirloin di iris tipis tipis dan marinade dengan kecap teriyaki dan biarkan minimum 30 menit
1 siung bawang Bombay iris tipis
4 siung bawang Putih iris tipis
1/2 paprika merah iris tipis
4 sdm mirin
2 sdm gula pasir
1/2 sdt garam
4 sdm kecap asin atau kecap jepang
2 buah wortel kupas dan iris tipis
3genggam tauge
1 kaleng rebung tiriskan
beberapa Lembar kol atau sawi Putih iris tipis
Minyak wijen
wijen di sangrai

Cara membuat :
Campur mirin, kecap jepang dan gula pasir kemudian aduk rata Sam sisihkan
Panas kan Minyak wijen dan Tumis bawang Bombay 1 menit dan masukan bawang Putih Tumis 2 menit masukan daging hingga kecoklatan dan tuang campur an mirin , aduk merata dan biarkan beberapa saat hingga daging hampir matang Tambahkan garam lalu masukan Sayuran dan aduk merata, Jika terlalu kering bisa di Tambahkan beberapa sendok Makan teriyaki marinade , masukan papeika merah dan aduk hingga matang, Jika matang taburi sangraian wijen di Atasnya, sajikan dengan nasi jepang

Ingredients :
Teriyaki Marinade sauce
300 g sirloin thinly sliced and marinade them with teriyaki sauce and leave it minimum 30 minutes
1 onion thinly sliced
4 cloves garlics thinly sliced
1/2 red pepper thinly sliced
4 tbs mirin
2 tbs sugar
1/2 tsp salt
4 tbs soy sauce
2 carrots peeled and shredded
3 handfuls of bean sprout
1 tin bamboo shoot and drained
Few leave white cabbage or Chinese cabbage and shredded or thinly sliced
Sesame oil
Toasted Sesame seeds

How to make :
Mix mirin, soy sauce and sugar altogether and set aside
Heat the oil and sauté the onion for 1 minute then add garlics and sauté for 2 minutes , put meat and cook till nearly cook then you can pour all the mirin mixture and add bit salt , add all the veggies and stir well if the sauce is too dry you can add few table spoons of teriyaki marinade and add red pepper then stir well till all cook and the sauce is thicken , when it cooked you can sprinkled the sesame seeds on top and serve them with Japanese rice
