Palm fruit with ice and homemade pandan syrup ( es lontar dan homemade sirup pandan )

Bahan – bahan :
buah lontar kalengan atau fresh tergantung porsi
500 ml air matang
250 gr gula pasir
4 Lembar daun pandan di ikat
es Batu
air kelapa tergantung porsi

cara membuat :
Buah lontar kaleng di potong tipis tipis atau sesuai selera
Masukan ke dalam mangkuk besar bersamaan air kelapa sisihkan atau taruh di lemari es

Untuk sirup :
Rebus air dan gula dan masukan daun pandan aduk hingga mengental dan biarkan dingin
Setelah itu campur kan sirup ke dalam air lontar sambil dicipi hiding kan dengan es Batu biar segar ,

Palm fruit fresh or from the tin depend with the portion
500 ml cooked water
250 g caster sugar
4 Pandan leaves knotted
Ice cubes
Coconut water

How to make :
slice thinly the palm
Fruits as you like the. Put in a big bowl and mix with coconut water and let it chill in the fridge

Pandan syrup :
Boil the water and sugar and add the leaves stir well and leave till the syrup is thicken the mix with palm
Fruit mixture please taste then add the ice cubes before serving
