Stir fry king prawn in butter sauce ( udang goreng mentega )

Bahan – bahan :
400 gr udang di bersihkan
1 jeruk nipis
1 bawang Bombay cincang kasar
3 – 4 siung bawang Putih keprek
2 batang daun bawang iris – iris mentega
1 sdm saus tiram
1 sdt kecap Inggris
1 sdt kecap asin atau kecap jepang
1-2 sdm kecap manis
Garam , gula dan Merica secukupnya

Cara membuat :
Udang di rendam dengan jeruk nipis dan sedikit garam dan biarkan minimum 15 menit
Setelah itu panas kan mentega kira kira 2-3 sdm dan goreng udang hingga berubah warna setengah matang dan angkat sisihkan
Panas kan lagi mentega kira kira 2 sdm dan Tumis bawang Bombay hingga layu dan masukan bawang Putih, Tumis 1 menit dan Tambahkan kecap Inggris, kecap asin, kecap manis, aduk sebentar dan masukan udang hingga udang matang dan sambil dicicipi Tambahkan garam, gula dan Merica , taburi iris an daun bawang atas nya dan sajikan dengan nasi hangat

Ingredients :
400 g king prawn cleaned
1 lime
1 onion roughly chopped
3 – 4 cloves garlics crushed
2 stalks spring onions sliced
Butter
1 tbs oyster sauce
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
1-2 tbs sweet soy sauce
Salt, sugar and white pepper for seasoning

How to make :
Marinate the king prawn with lime juice and bit of salt and leave it minimum 15 minutes
After that melt 2-3 tbs of butter and fry the king prawn until half cook or the colour become pink and set a side
Melt another 2 tbs of butter and sauté the onion tip it soft and then put the garlic stir fry for another minute then add the worcestershire sauce , soy sauce, sweet soy sauce stir well the put the prawn and leave it till cook and seasoning with bit of salt, sugar and pepper, turn off the heat and sprinkled some chopped spring onions on top and serve with steam rice
