Es campur ( Indonesian fruit cocktail )

Right , for this recipe , I’ve got the lazy version and not lazy one, if you are too lazy you can wack all your tin fruit cocktail but if you have lots of energy and time you can chop all the fruit you’ve got

Indonesian
Bahan – bahan :
Pepaya
Alpukat
Nanas
Nata de coco
Cherry
Jambu

Tambahan :
150 ml air matang
200 gr gula pasir
Pewarna makanan ( merah )
Susu kental manis
Air kelapa fresh atau kalengan
Es Batu ( di kepruk ) atau es serut

Cara membuat :

Sirup merah :
Rebus gula dan air hingga mengental Dan masukan pewarna dan biarkan dingin

Jika ingin menggunakan buah fresh, buah di potong kotak kotak dan campur Jadi satu beserta nata de coco kemudian tuang air kelapa , tuang susu kental manis sambil di cicipi, aduk rata kemudian siapkan gelas atau mangkuk dan tuang campur an buah dan kuahnya kemudian taruh es kepruk atau es Batu dan tuang Sirup merah dia atas es ,

Ingredients :
Papaya
Avocado
Pineapple
Nata de coco
Cherry
Guava

Tambahan :
150 ml cooked water
200 gr sugar
Red food colouring
Condense milk
Coconut juice ( fresh or from the tin )
Ice blocks ( crushed )

How to make :

Red syrup :
Boil sugar and water till thicken and add food colouring and leave it cool

If you’re using fresh fruits you may diced all of them and them mix all together with Nara de coco into a big bowl and pour the coconut juice and condense milk and stir well then you can prepare glasses or bowls and put all the fruit mixture each glasses or bowls and you can add the ice and pour the red syrup on top
