How to make :

Additional ; for corn ! Marinate them with butter and honey !
For red peppers ! Marinate them with olive oil and sea salt

Panaskan Minyak Dan Tumis bawang Bombay dan bawang Putih hingga layu dan tambah kan semua saus dan aduk rata selama 5 menit sambil dicicipi tambah kan garam dan gula dan biarkan saus hingga mengental dan api dimatikan dan angkat biarkan saus dingin dan marinate kembali daging dengan saus fan biarkan minimum 30 menit kemudian bakar daging dengan waktu dan temperature yang pas

Tambahan ; untuk jagung ! Marinate jagung dengan mentega dan madu!
Untuk papeika merah ! Marinate paprika dengan minyak zaitun dan garam

Saus BBQ timur :
4 siung bawang merah
4 siung bawang Putih
2 sdm kunyit Bubuk
2 sdm ketumbar Bubuk
Garam dan. Gula secukupnya
2 Jeruk nipis ambil airnya
100-150 ml kecap manis
Mentega secukupnya

Rajungan
Udang
Ikan ( baronang )
Tiram
Cumi

Cara membuat :
Kecuali tiram, hanya di buka cangkangnya dan bakar di menit terakhir di dalam bara arang,
