Rajungan saus tiram ( small crab oyster sauce )

Oh I never…. Found these beauties small crab on fishmonger in Bracknell and they all incredible cheap and fresh ! I normally just boiled them with spices because their meat is already very tasty but I will try with this new sauce with them and I am in love x

Bahan – bahan :
1 siung bawang Bombay cincang kasar
4 siung bawang Putih cincang kasar
2 sdm saus tiram
1 sdm saus tomat
2 sdm saus cabai
1 cangkir air kaldu rajungan
4 rajungan segar
2 batang daun bawang cincang kasar
Bahan rebusan:
1 batang sereh di keprek
1/2 ruas jahe di keprek
1/2 ruas Laos di keprek
2 lembar daun Salam
1 ruas kunyit kupas belah 2
Garam, gula dan lada secukupnya
1 jeruk limau
Minyak Sayur secukupnya

Cara membuat:

Rajungan di siangi dengan perasan jeruk limau dan sedikit garam biar kan selama 15 menit
Sementara rebus air dan masukan 1 sdm garam dan bumbu rebusan kemudian masukan rajungan selama 10menit dan tiriskan dan sisihkan
Sementara panaskan Minyak dan Tumis bawang Bombay, bawang Putih dan daun bawang hingga layu dan tambah kan semua saus dan aduk rata , masukan rajungan sambil di aduk dan air, sambil dicicipi tambah kan garam, gula dan lada dan biar kan hingga mendidih dan sajikan hangat

Ingredients:
1 onion roughly chopped
4 cloves roughly chopped
2 tbs oyster sauce
1 tbs tomato sauce
2 tbs chilli sauce
1 cup of stock water
4 fresh small crab
2 spring onions roughly chopped
Ingredients for stock:
1 lemon grass crushed
1/2 index finger of galangal crushed
1/2 index finger of ginger crushed
2 Salam leaves
1 index finger of fresh turmeric divided 2
Bit of salt, sugar and pepper
1 lime
Vegetable oul

How to make :
Marinade the small crab with lime juice and bit of salt for 15 mins and prepare the boiling water with the spice stock ingredients and bit of salt and put the small crab and leave it boil till 10 mins
And then drained and set a side
Meanwhile heat the oil and sauté the onion, garlics, spring onions till cooked and then add the sauces , stir well and put the small crabs and pour the stock water and seasoning with salt, sugar and pepper leave it to boil and served it while it hot
