Bahan – bahan :
Minyak wijen untuk Menumis
500 gr Daging sapi tipis ( teriyaki )
2 sdm Kecap asin untuk marinade
1 sdm kecap asin untuk tumisan
1 1/2 sdm saus tiram
3 sdm kecap manis
1 siung bawang Bombay cincang kasar
4 siung bawang Putih cincang kasar
4 atau 5 cabe ijo iris melintang
100 gr Jamur kancing belah 4
gula, garam dan pada hitam secukupnya
Sedikit air
2 sdm wijen ( di sangrai )
2 sdm tepung maizena di campur sedikit air

Cara membuat :
Marinade Daging dengan 2 sdm kecap asin selama 30 menit, Sementara panaskan Minyak wijen di wajan dan Tumis bawang Bombay 3 menit dan masukan bawang Putih dan Tumis selama 1 menit, tuang kecap asin dan masukan Jamur dan Tumis hingga Jamur layu, masukan Daging dan Tumis hingga Daging mulai berubah warna nya kecoklatan dan masukan saus tiram aduk dan kecap manis , aduk rata dan masukan cabe ijo, tuang air dan tutup wajan hingga mendidih dan sambil di cicipi tambah kan garam, gula, dan pada hitam aduk rata, jika air mulai asat tambah kan sedikit lagi dan tutup lagi wajan hingga Daging matang dan terakhir campur an tepung maizena dsn biar kan mengental , angkat dan taburi wijen dan sajikan dengan nasi

Ingredients :
Sesame oil
500 g thinly sliced beef ( teriyaki beef )
2 tbs soy sauce for marinade
1 tbs soy sauce for sauté
1 1/2 tbs oyster sauce
3 tbs sweet soy sauce
1 onion roughly chopped
4 cloves of garlics roughly chopped
4 atau 5 green chillies sliced
100 g mushrooms divide 4
Pinch of sugar, salt and black pepper
Bit of cooked water
2 tbs toasted sesame seeds
2 tbs corn flour mix with bit of air

How to make :
Marinade beef with 2 tbs of soy sauce for 30 minutes,meanwhile heat the oil And sauté onion for 3 minutes amasada garlics and stir fry for 1 minute, add soy sauce and then add beef and stir it till the meat change colour become brown ,add oyster sauce and sweet soy sauce stir well and add green chillies , pour a little bit of water and seasoning with sugar, salt and black pepper and cover the frying pan with the lid and leave it till boiled. If the juice is reducing you may add more water and you may cover with lid again till everything’s cooked, add the mixture of corn flour and stir it well and turn off the heat and sprinkled with sesame seeds on top and served it with steam rice
