fusili mushrooms with tomato mascarpone sauce ( pasta spiral jamur dengan saus tomat mascarpone )

This menu is normally my guilty pleasure for my lazy food because I normally just grab the instant mascarpone sauce from the supermarket ! but this homemade version is just even better , even my 3 years old is crazy for this one x

bahan – bahan :

  • 2 sdm minyak zaitun
  • 400 gr tomat kaleng
  • 1 siung bawang bombay cincang kasar
  • 4 siung bawang putih cincang kasar
  • 2 sdm pasta tomat
  • 4 sdm keju mascarpone
  • 1 sdm pasta sun dried tomato jika suka
  • 50 gr jamur kancing cincang kasar atau masing masing belah 4
  • saus cabe jika suka pedas
  • 300 g pasta spiral
  • sedikit garam, gula dan lada hitam sambil di cicipi
cara membuat :
sementara masak pasta sesuai paket dan siapkan wajan untuk menumis ,panaskan minyak dan tumis bawang bombay 3 menit dan bawang putih 1 menit , masukan jamur dan tumis hingga jamur layu, masukan pasta tomat dan pasta sund dried tomato, aduk rata dan tuang tomat kaleng dan biarkan beberapa menit , ketika pasta telah hampir matang masukan keju mascaporne dan biarkan matang , jangan lupa sambil dicicipi tambahkan garam, gula dan lada hitam
setelah pasta matang dan di tiriskan pasta di campur dengan saus dan sajikan di piring saji , tambahkan saus cabai jika suka pedas.

Ingredients :
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 400 g tin tomatoes
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 4 cloves of garlics roughly chopped
  • 2 tbs tomato puree
  • 4 tbs mascarpone
  • 1 tbsp sun dried tomato purée
  • 50 gr button mushrooms
  • chilli sauce if you like spicy
  • 300 g fusili pasta
  • pinch of salt,sugar,black pepper for seasoning
how to make :
cook pasta from the package and meanwhile prepare your pan and heat the oil and saute onion for 3 minutes and then add garlic for about 1 minute , put all the mushrooms till the mushrooms are tender and add tomato and sun dried tomato puree and stir it well , pour the tomatoes from tin tomatoes and leave it for copule minutes and when the pasta is nearly ready you may add the mascarpone into the sauce and seasoning with pinch of salt, sugar and black pepper.
when the pasta is cooked and drained you may mix pasta and sauce altogether and serve on plate , if you like spicy you can add chilli sauce on top . this meal is suitable for toddler as well but you may reduce the spicy bit
