Dried apricot loaf (cake apricot )

I am satisfied with my new creation from this cake , it’s light but is delicious

Bahan – bahan :
200 gr tepung terigu
1 sdt soda kue
1 sdt baking powder
1/2 sdt vanili
3 butir telur kocok lepas
80 gr mentega
150 gr gula pasir halus
100 ml susu cair
100 gr aprikot kering

Cara membuat :
Ayak tepung terigu, soda kue dan baking powder dan sisihkan
campur mentega dan gula dan mixer hingga seperti Krim, masukan kocok an telur sedikit Demi sedikit mixer hingga merata dan masukan vanili,
Setelah tercampur , masukan Ayakan tepung sedikit demi sedikit dan aduk rata terakhir tuangi susu sedikit demi sedikit dan aduk rata hingga Adonan tercampur , Sementara seduh aprikot dengan air panas dan diamkan selama 10 menit dan sisihkan
Panaskan oven 180c
Dan olesi loyang persegi panjang dengan mentega setengah aprikot di taruh di dasar loyang dan setengah aprikot di cincang halus dan masukan ke dalam adonan kue, aduk merata dan tuang Adonan kemudian panggang selama 40-45 menit, cek dengan tusuk Gigi di menit ke 30 . Perfect untuk teman minum teh

Ingredients :
200 g plain flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla
3 eggs beaten
80 g soft butter
150 gr caster sugar
100 ml milk
100 g dried apricot

How to make :
sift flour, baking soda and baking powder and set a side
Mix the butter and sugar and then using electric mixer, mix them till creamy, add vanilla and egg mixture bit by bit and mix well,
scoop flour mixture in to butter mixture bit by bit and folded till the dough mix very well and last add the milk and stir it again till the dough is set
Heat the oven 180c and prepare the rectangle pan and spread the butter all over the pan, put a half of apricot on the base of the pan and the other half apricot finely chopped and add into the dough and stir it well , pour the dough into the pan and bake it for 40-45 minutes , please check the cake on minutes 30 with your tooth pick ,
This is perfect for your afternoon tea x
