Crazy yummy , and messy all around !

Bahan – bahan :
Rajungan secukupnya tergantung porsi
1 buah jeruk nipis di ambil airnya
1 sdt garam
Bahan rebusan :
1 batang daun sereh di keprek
2 lembar daun Salam
1 ruas kunyit belah 3
1/2 ruas lengkuas iris tipis
1/2 jahe kupas di keprek
1 sdt garam
Air untuk merebus
Bahan bumbu Ulek;
4 buah cabe merah
3 buah cabe rawit
5 siung bawang merah kupas
5 siung bawang Putih kupas
1 buah tomat belah 4
Bahan lainnya:
Minyak untuk menumis
2 batang daun bawang cincang kasar
1 sdm saus cabe
3 sdm saus tiram
3 sdm kecap manis
Garam, gula dan Merica secukupnya
Sedikit air

Cara membuat:
Rajungan di bersihkan dan di pisahkan capitan yang besar kemudian di keprek tapi jangan sampai hancur ini di laku kan biar bumbu meresap kemudian di beri perasan jeruk nipis dan garam biar kan beberapa saat, semantara rebus air dan masukan bumbu rebusan dan rajungan selama 10 menit hingga warna rajungan berubah merah Jambu dan saring sisihkan
Sementara halus kan bumbu halus dan siapkan wajan dan panaskan Minyak dan Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum, masukan saus cabe, saus tiram, kecap manis aduk merata dan sambil dicicipi masukan garam, gula dan Merica dan terakhir rajungan, aduk rata dan beri sedikit air dan tutup wajan beberapa saat dan Matikan kompor rajungan Siap dihidangkan dengan irisan daun bawang diatasnya dan nasi Putih panas selamat Makan

ingredients:
few small crabs depending for how many portions
juice from 1 lime
1 tsp salt
boiled ingredients:
1 stalk lemon grass crushed
2 Salam leaves
1 turmeric divided 3
1/2 thinly sliced galangal
1/2 peeled ginger crushed
1 tsp salt
Water for boiling
ground spices ingredients;
4 pieces of red chilli
3 pieces of bird chilies
5 cloves of peeled shallots
5 cloves of peeled garlic
1 tomato chopped in 4
Other ingredients:
vegetable oil
2 spring onions roughly chopped
1 tbs of chili sauce
3 tbs of oyster sauce
3 tbs of sweet soy sauce
Salt, sugar and pepper to taste
A little water

How to make:
Small crab in separate clean tongs and a large and then crushed very gentle but not to hard , this is to le let the flavors inside the small crab and then pour the lime juice and salt and leave a few moments,meanwhile boiled water and the boiled spices and put the small crab leave it for 10minutes until the color turns pink , drained the small crab and set aside
start to prepare the frying pan and heat oil and saute ground spices until fragrant, add chilli sauce, oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce and stir well, seasoning with a bit of salt, sugar and pepper and put the small crab into the sauce and stir it well , give a little water and coverthe frying pan for a while and ready small crab served with chopped spring onions on top and hot white rice. enjoy the food
