XL and xs lasagne

Bahan – bahan :
saus merah
Minyan zaitun secukupnya
6 siung bawang Putih cincang kasar
1/2 siung bawang Bombay cincang kasar
2 lembar daun Salam
1 tangkai daun rosemary
3 lembar daun sage
50 gr Jamur kancing chestnut cincang kasar
1 sdm pasta tomat
2 kaleng tomat kaleng
1 sdmKaldu daging instant bebas MSG
Lada hitam, garam dan gula pasir secukupnya
400 gr daging cincang

Saus Putih ;
700ml susu cair
50 gr terigu
90 gr mentega
3 siung bawang Putih cincang kasar
1/2 siung bawang Bombay cincang kasar
1 sdm irisan daun peterseli
Garam dan lada hitam secukupnya
1/2 sdt pala bubuk

Tambahan:
Kulit lasagna secukupnya
1 buah keju mozarella
Parutan keju Parmesan secukupnya

Cara membuat:

panci pertama : panaskan dengan minyak zaitu dan Tumis daging cincang dan daun sage hingga daging kecoklatan dan sisihkan
Panci kedua: panaskan dengan minyak zaitun dan Tumis bawang Putih dan bawang Bombay hingga Harum masukan rosemary dan daun Salam kemudian Jamur kancing dan Tumis hingga Jamur layu, masukan pasta tomat dan daging , Tumis merata dan masukan tomat kaleng , seasoning dengan gula, garam dan lada hitam dan biar kan Hingga asat dan Matang
Sementara panci ke 3 masukan susu, peterseli,bawang Putih , pala bubuk, bawang Bombay hingga mendidih dan saring untuk di ambil air nya saja
Panci ke 4 lelehkan mentega dan terigu aduk hingga ménagental dan masukan air saringan susu dan biar kan hingga ménagental seperti saus
Panaskan oven 180C
Sementara siapkan wadah khusus oven dan mulai lumuri dengan minyak zaitun dan tutup dengan 2 lapisan kulit lasagna jangan lupa di sisi wadah juga di lakukan Hal yang sama kemudian scoop saus merah dan diatasnya saus Putih dan taburi Parutan keju Parmesan ulangi proses hingga di lapisan paling atas sisanya saus Putih yang di taburi Parmesan tentu nya dan potongan keju mozarella atas nya , dan panggang selama 45 menit , sajikan dengan taburan Parmesan diatasnya jika suka

Ingredients:
Red sauce :
Virgin olive oil
6 cloves garlics roughly chopped
1/2 cloves onion roughly chopped
2 bay leaves
1 stalk rosemary leaves
3 sage leaves
50 g chestnut mushrooms
1 tbs tomato paste
2 tin tomatoes
1 cube beef stock free MSG
Black pepper, salt and sugar
400 g minced meat

White sauce ;
700m milk
50 g flour
90 g butter
3 cloves garlics roughly chopped
1/2 onion roughly chopped
1 tbs chipped parsley
Salt and black pepper
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

Addition:
Lasagne skin
1 ball of mozzarella cheese
Grated parmagiano cheese as you like

How to make :
1st pan : heat the oil then sauté the meat with sage till it brown then set aside
2nd pan for red sauce : heat the oil the. Sauté the garlic and onion till fragrant and add rosemary and bay leaves then put in the mushrooms stir till soften and add tomato paste and the meat , stir well then add the tin tomatoes and seasoning with salt , sugar and black pepper and leave till the sauce is thicken .
Meanwhile with your 3rd pan : Pour the milk , parsley and garlic and onion leave it till boil then sieved and take the juice then set side
4th pan : melt the butter then add the flour and leave it till thicken then pour your milk mixture and leave the sauce is thicken .
Preheat oven 180C
Then prepare your lasagne dish and smear it with olive and cover the bottom with lasagne skin also the side of your dish need to be covered with lasagne skin as well then scoop couple of red sauce and scoop the white sauce and sprinkled grated parmagiano then re peat the same process until you reach layer by layer then after you sprinkled parmagiano cheese on top you can toss your mozzarella cheese on top as well then bake it for 45 minutes and voila !
