Profiteroles with toffee sauces

Bahan – bahan :
65 gr tepung terigu
1 butir telur kocok lepas ( ukuran besar )
50 gr mentega
150 ml air matang

Isi :
3 buah strawberry potong kecil kecil
150 ml Krim kocok cair
1 1/5 sdm gula halus

Saus :
25 gr mentega ( Tanpa kandungan garam)
75 gr gula aren bubuk
100 ml double cream cair

Cara membuat:
Panas kan oven 220C dan Loyang yang di olesi mentega dan siram dengan air dingin kemudian tiriskan air dan sisihkan
Ayak terigu di dalam mangkuk sisihkan
Sementara rebus air dan mentega dan biar kan mentega meleleh dan tercampur rata dan mendidih, angkat, langsung masukan terigu dan aduk dengan sendok kayu hingga adonan kalis berbentuk bola, biar kan 6 menit dan masukan kocok an telur sedikit Demi sedikit ke dalam adonan dan aduk rata , mulai lah membentuk adonan seperti bola dengan sendok dan Tata adonan di Loyang dan panggang selama 10 menit kemudian temperature oven di ubah ke 190C dan panggang lagi selama 12 menit , setelah matang tusuk bagian tengah kue hingga uapnya keluar, dan biarkan dingin,
Sementara kita buat isiannya :
kocok Krim dan gula hingga kaku dan masukan potongan buah strawberry dan aduk perlahan sebentar
Untuk saus:
Panas kan mentega dan masukan gula aduk hingga berbentuk pasta masukan Krim dan aduk rata biarkan hingga mendidih Angkat dan biarkan 10 menit agar dingin

Penyajian kue di belah dua kemudian masukan isian dan bentuk kue seperti sandwich dan siram dengan saus di atasnya
