cake pandan ( pandan chiffon cake )

bahan – bahan :

300 gr tepung terigu

300 gr gula pasir halus

2 sdt baking powder

1/2 sdt garam

125 ml minyak sayur

125 ml air matang

6 butir telur ( dipisah kuning dan putihnya )

1/2 sdt krim tar tar

75 ml santan kental instan

25 ml sari pandan

4 tetes pewarna hijau

cara membuat :

panaskan oven 160C dan siapkan loyang yang ukurannya 10 inci

ayak terigu, gula pasir, baking powder, dan garam dan masukan kedalam mangkuk besar , tuang minyak satur dan campur adonan hingga merata. masukan sari pandan dan pewarna dan air matang , aduk hingga merata. siapkan mixer dan kocok adonan dengan di masukan kocokan kuning telur sedikit demi sedikit , kocok hingga adonan lembut dan sisihkan

sementara kocok putih telur di mangkuk yang lain dengan mixer hingga mengembang dan masukan santan . kocok hingga merata hingga 10 menit.

campur kedua adonan hingga merata dan masukan kedalam loyang selama 55 menit. cek dengan tusuk gigi , apakah bagian tengahnya sudah tidak ada yang menempel dan matang . setelah matang , balikan loyang dan biarkan cake jatuh ke permukaan dengan sendirinya . biarkan hingga dingin dan sajikan dengan teh hangat .

Ingredients:

300 g caster sugar

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

125 ml vegetable oil

125 ml cooked water

6 eggs ( divide yolk and egg white )

1/2 tsp cream tar tar

75 ml thick coconut milk

25 ml pandan essence

4 drops green food colouring

How to make :

Pre heat oven 160C and prepare 160 inch cake tin

Sift the flour, sugar, baking powder,salt into big bowl then pour the vegetable oil and mix well, add the pandan essence ,food colouring and water and mix again then you can start mixer the dough and add beaten yolks bit by bit. Mixer well till the dough is soften and set aside , meanwhile beat the egg white with mixer till fluffy and stif then add the coconut milk and mix well till 10 minutes. mix 2 doughs all together them you can pour into your cake tin and bake it for 55minutes, check with your toothpick if it cook and not too sticky anymore , after it cook turn over your cake tin onto the board or flat surface and leave the cake to drop by itself and cool. Serve with a good cup of tea
