The amazing cah kangkung ( stir fry Chinese morning glory )

bahan – bahan :

200 gr utuk 2 porsi Sayur kangkung bersihkan dan potong potong
3 siung bawang merah cincang kasar
3 siung bawang putih cincang kasar
1 sdm tauco
1/2 sdt terasi
2 buah cabe merah
3 buah cabe rawit
1 sdm kaldu bubuk ( ayam / sayur )
1/2 buah tomat
1 sdt udang rebon sangrai
minyak sayur secukupnya
air sedikit

cara mebuat :

tomat , cabe merah dan cabe rawit beserta terasi di ulek hingga halus, sishkan
sementara panaskan wajan dengan minyak sayur dan tumis bawang merah dan putih beserta tauco hingga harum, masukan ulekan cabe dan tumis hingga harum , kemudian masukan batang kangkung terlebih dahulu dan tunggu beberapa menit dan terakhir daun nya lalu taburi bumbu kaldu dan rebon, aduk .,beri air sedikit dan tutup wajan hingga kangkung matang .

Ingredients :
200 g for 2 portions Ong choi or morning glory , washed and seperate leaves and stalks
3 cloves shallots roughly chopped
3 cloves garlics roughly chopped
1 tbs salted soy beans
1/2 tsp shrimp paste
2 red chillies
3 bird chillies
1 tbs chicken stock or veg stock powder without MSG
1/2 tomato
1 tsp dried baby shrimp ( dry fried for a minute )
Vegetable oil
Bit of cooked water

cara mebuat :

Pound Tomato, red chillies and bird chillies plus the shrimp paste until all become a paste the set aside meanwhile heat the oil then sauté shallots, garlics and salted soy beans till fragrant then add the chilli paste the. Stir fry for a minute
Put the stalks first and leave it till soft then the leaves and ad the stock and dried baby shrimp , stir well and pour the water and cover the wok and leave the vegetable cook ,
