Tumis peda jagung ( stir fry dried jack fish and sweet corn )

bahan – bahan :

ikan peda asin di goreng hingga matang
3 siung bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
1 batang daun bawang
cabe rawit sesuai selera
pete sesuai selera
jagung manis ( segar atau kaleng )
minyak sayur
sedikit air matang

cara membuat :

panaskan minyak dan tumis bawang merah dan putih hingga harum , masukan daun
bawang dan tumis 1 menit, masukan jagung dan beri sedikit air matang dan biarkan
mendidih dan masukan peda, cabe rawit dan terakhir peda goreng , sambil
Di cicipi Tambahkan garam dan gula dan sajikan hangat

Ingredients:
Dried jack fish fried
3 cloves shallots thinly sliced
3 cloves garlics thinly sliced
1 stalk spring onion thinly sliced
Few bird chillies
Sator beans as you like
sweet corn fresh or tin
Vegetable oil
Bit of cooked water

How to make :
Heat the oil and stir fry the shallots, garlics, till fragrant Mas the spring onion and stir fry till 1 min and put all the sweet corn and add but of water and leave it till boil then add the beans , chillies and the last one is the fish , seasoning with salt and sugar and serve it warm
