Indonesian Chicken Porridge – Bubur Ayam

bahan – bahan:
Indonesian
2 cup beras yang telah di cuci bersih
5 paha ayam
2 kotak kaldu ayam Tanpa MSG
4 daun bawang potong kecil kecil
minyak sayur
garam secukupnya
kecap asin
kecap manis
cakwe
kerupuk
kacang kedelai ( di goreng )
seledri
bawang goreng

sambal kacang :

4 cabe rawit ( jika suka pedas )
4 sdm kacang tanah ( di goreng dan kulitnya di buang )
1 siung bawang putih
1 sdm cuka campur dengan 4 sdm air matang atau perasan air 1 jeruk nipis
garam dan gula secukupnya
air secukupnya

cara membuat :

untuk sambal kacang ; kacang tanah yang telah di goreng di ulek dengan cabe dan
bawang putih dan garam dan gula kemudian di beri air secukupnya dan bisa di tambah
cuka jika suka atau perasan jeruk nipis

kaldu :

rebus ayam di dalam air secukupnya dengan garam secukupnya dengan kaldu kotak dan potongan daun bawang
bawang hingga matang kemudian tiriskan ayam dan kaldu di buat untuk memasak beras
sampai jadi bubur, bila bubur terlalu kental bisa di tambahkan air sedikit , ayam di goreng
hingga kecoklatan dan di suir suir .
mulailah mempersiapkan mangkuk dengan menyendok bubur secukupnya , kemudian
tuangi kecap asin, suiran ayam goreng , taburang kacang kedelai goreng dan remukkan
kerupuk dan taburan daun bawang atau selderi dan bawang goreng . jangan lupa di
sajikan dengan sambal kacang tadi . sajikan Hangat

Ingredients:
2 cup rice washed / cleaned
5 chicken drumsticks
4 spring onions chopped
Vegetable oil
2 chicken stock cubes MSG free
Salt
Soy sauce
Sweet soy sauce
cakwe
Prawn crackers
Soy bean fried
Celery leaves
Fried shallots

peanuts chilly sauce :

4 bird chillies if you like spicy
4 tbs peanuts fried and remove the skin
1 cloves garlic
1 sdm citric acid mix with 4 tbs cooked water or juice of 1 lime
Salt and sugar
Cooked water

How to make :
to make peanut sauce :
Pound the garlic, and chillies and peanut till blend well and then add sugar and salt , then add few tbs of water and last the citric acid mixture or lime juice then mix well set aside ,
Meanwhile to make the stock : Boil the water with spring onions , stock cube and bit salt and chicken until the chicken are cooked , then take the chicken out and shredded the fry till golden colour set aside ,
Put the rice into the stock water then stir well till the rice look like porridge you can add more water if the porridge look too thick, then you can start the preparation :
Get your bowl and scoop the rice porridge then soy sauce , shredded , chicken, fried soy beans , chopped celery leaves and spring onions the dried shallots and last crushed and sprinkled he prawn crackers on top then you can add sweet sauce on top, serve it hot with peanut chilly sauce

  1. My time in Padang was dominated by food – It was about the only time in 3 years travel that I ate 3 times a day…… and am yet to to have it equalled…. Keep it coming Dini, its a lovely blog x x
