Black Tilaphia In Sweet Soy Sauce

bahan – bahan :

3 siung bawang merah
2 siung bawang putih
1/2 sdt merica putih
3 buah kemiri
ikan , biasanya saya pake ikan mujair atau black tilaphia
cuka atau jeruk nipis
garam secukupnya
1 buah tomat belah 4
1/2 gelas air matang
3 sdm kecap manis

cara membuat :

ikan di bersihkan terlebih dahulu kemudian di balur cuka atau jeruk nipis dan sedikit garam
( each side ) biarkan selama 15 – 30 menit kemudian digoreng hingga matang

kemudian bawang putih, bawang merah , kemiri, merica, dan sedikit garam di ulek halus
panaskan minyak di wajan dan mulailah menumis bumbu ulekan hinga harum dan beri air
dan biarkan mendidih dan masukan kecap manis aduk rata masukan ikan dan irisan
tomat , biarkan hingga asat

Ingredients :
3 Cloves of shallots
2 cloves of garlics
1/2 tsp ground white pepper
3 candlenuts
Black tilaphia
Citric acid or lime juice
Salt
1 tomato divide 4
1/2 glass cooked water
3 tbs sweet soy sauce

How to make :

Clean and scale the fish then marinate with citric acid mixture or lime juice and a bit Of salt smeared each side then leave it for 15-30 mins then you can fry the fish till it cook , then pound the garlics,shallots, white pepper , candlenuts, and bit of salt, and set a side . Heat the oil and sauté the pounded paste till fragrant then add some water and Leave it till boil then put the fish in and tomato leave it till the sauce is thicken and turn of the heat .
