sate madura ( Indonesian chicken satay )

bahan – bahan :

bahan sate :

500 gr – 1 kg ayam tanpa kulit dan tanpa tulang 9 potong dadu )
150 ml kecap manis
2 – 3 buah jeruk limau
tusuk sate secukupnya
bahan bumbu kacang :
250 gr kacang goreng tanpa kulit
5 siung bawang putih
5 siung bawang merah
3 cabe merah besar
2 cabe rawit
( jika suka pedas )
3 lembar daun jeruk
garam secukupnya
100 ml kecap manis
300 – 500 ml air matang

cara membuat :

sate :

ayam yang di potong dadu ditusuk kan ke tusuk sate sebanyak 4 – 5 potong per tusuk kemudian kecap manis dan 1 buah jeruk limau yang di peras di campur aduk dan ayam di balur balurkan di bumbu kecap dan biarkan beberapa saat
bumbu sate :
sementara giling kacang goreng , bawang merah, bawang putih dan cabe tambahkan garam sampai halus , beri air sedikit demi sedikit . kemudian sebanyak 2 – 3 sdm ambil bumbu dan campurkan ke sate ayam kemudian sate ayam di biarkan beberapa saat kembali
sementara panaskan wajan dengan minyak dan tumis bumbu kacang dan daun jeruk masukkan kecap dan masak hingga berminyak dan matang . sisihkan
sementara sate yang ter marinade tadi di bakar bolak balik hingga matang .
sajikan dengan nasi putih hangat atau lontong / ketupat nasi berikut dengan acar ketimun jika suka dan tentunya bumbu kacang .

peanut sauce ingredients:
250 g skinless roasted peanuts
5 cloves garlic
5 sahllots
3 large red chillies
2 bird chillies
(If you like spicy)
3 kafir lime leaves
salt to taste
100 ml sweet soy sauce
300-500 ml of boiled water

how to make:

satay:

diced the chicken and then put on the skewers as much as 4-5 pieces per skewer set a side and mix the sweet soy sauce and lime juice and smeared on chicken with the sauce and marinate for some time

peanut sauce :
meanwhile grinding roasted peanuts, shallots, garlic and chillies add salt until become paste , put a little water. then as many as 2-3 tablespoons of this peanut sauce smeared on the chicken and then let some time to marinate again
meanwhile heat oil and saute the peanut sauce and lime leaves and cook until the sauce bit oily and mature. set aside
start grill the satay back and forth until cooked.
Serve with white rice or rice cakes following with cucumber pickles, and of course if you THE peanut sauce.
