raspberries and banana bread

bahan – bahan :

150 gr mentega
50 gr gula pasir coklat
50 gr gula salju ( di ayak )
2 butir telur ( kocok lepas )
2 cangkir terigu yang ada pengembangnya ( di ayak )
1 sdt baking powder
1/2 cangkir susu cair
raspberries sesuai selera ( fresh / frozen )
1-2 buah pisang manis matang di lumatkan ( tergantung sizenya )

cara membuat :

panaskan ove 180C dan mulailah mengoles loyang dengan mentega dan terigu
( loyang ukuran 11cm x 21 cm dan dalamnya 7 cm

mixer mentega dan gula hingga warnanya putih pucat dan masukan telur dan mixer beberapa menit . sementara dengan menggunakan sendok kayu, masukan pisang , tepung terigu, gula salju dan baking powder yang telah di ayak dan aduk hingga rata. masukn susu. dan aduk kembali hingga tercampur .
tuang adonan sambil memasukkan raspberry secara merata dan tertutup dengan adonan . biasanya saya memakai 10 buah respberry . panggang di oven selama 40 – 50 menit , ( di cek dengan tusuk gigi pada menit ke 30 – 40 menit . setelah matang keluarkan dari oven dan biarkan hingga 10 menit dan sajikan

Ingredients :

50 g soft brown sugar
50 g icing sugar shifted
2 eggs beaten
2 cup self raising flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup milk
raspberries ( fresh / frozen )
1-2 ripped bananas ( mashed )

How to make :
Pre heat oven 180C and start spreading the pan with butter and sprinkled some flour on the surface
( pan size 11cm x 21 cm and thick 7 cm)

mixer butter and brown sugar until it pale and add the eggs bit by bit mixer for few minutes and then with tour wooden spoon add banana, flouricing sugar and baking powder mix it well , pour the milk and stir it well the put the raspberries and folded with the dough , i normally use 10 raspberries and then you can bake it for 40-50 minutes , check on minutes 30-40 with your toothpick and then when it cooked , leave it for 10 minutes till it cool and enjoy with your cup of tea
