baked cream porchini mushrooms pasta

bahan – bahan :

1 genggam jamur porcini kering
250 gr jamur chesnut / portobello ( potong dadu )
250 gr fillet paha ayam (potong dadu )
5 siung bawang putih cincang halus
250 ml double cream cair
1 gelas white wine
minyak zaitun secukupnya
italian basil secukupnya
100 gr parutan keju parmesan
garam dan lada hitam secukupnya
spagethi secukupnya ( i paket untuk 4 – 5 porsi )

cara membuat :

seduh jamur porcini dengan 100 – 150 ml air hangat kemudian pisahkan antara jamur dan air rebusannya
sementara panaskan minyak zaitun dan tumis ayam dengan diberikan garam dan lada hitam secukupnya hingga kecolatan . masukkan bawang putih dan potongan jamur chesnut dan tumis selama 3 menit kemudian masukan jamur porchini tadi biarkan aduk selama 2 menit dan masukkan air rebusan porchini tadi dan api di naikkan sedikit dan masukkan white wine . kemudian api di kecilkan dan biarkan white wine di rebusan ayam mengendap. setelah itu masukkan cream dan sambil di cicipi tambahkan garam dan lada hitam . biarkan masak hingga mendidih , angkat dan sisihkan
sementara masak spagheti sesuai paket juga mulai memanaskan oven 180C .
sementara pasta matang . masukkan pasta tadi ke dalam rebusan ayam dan jamur aduk rata dan masukkan segenggam keju parutan dan basil secukupnya aduk rata . dan tuangi adonan masak di temmpat khusus baking seperti ramekin etc dan panggang selama 15 menit hingga abagian atasnya agak sedikit krispy .sajikan dengan sisa taburan keju dan sis daun basil jika suka

Ingredients :
1 handful of dried porcini mushrooms
250 g portobello or chestnut mushrooms ( diced )
250 g chicken thigh fillet (diced )
5 Clive’s of garlics finely chopped
250 ml double cream
1 glass of white wine
Olive oil
italian basil
100 g grated parmagiano cheese
Salt and black pepper
spagethi ( 4 – 5 portions )

How to make :
Soaked the porcini with 100-150 ml boiled water then set aside separately between the mushrooms and the jus .
Meanwhile heat the oil and sauté the chicken and add the salt and pepper then stir fry till the chicken is brown . add the garlics and the chesnut or portobello mushrooms then stir fry till 3 mins . Then put the porcini mushrooms and stir it till 2 mins then pour the porcini jus turn up the heat then pour the white wine then turn down the heat immediately and leave it till the jus is thicken then you can pour the double cream and seasoning with salt and pepper and leave it till boil the. Set a side.cook the spaghetti according with the package plus you can start to pre heat 180c oven during the spaghetti cooking
After the spaghetti cooked and drained you can mix the spaghetti with you porcini mixture stir it well then pour it all on your special dishes ( great for oven cooking ) add the parmagiano and basil and stir it well ( leave it a bit for garnish ) and sprinkled the res of parmagiano and asil on top then bake it for 15mins at least you will find the top side is bit crispy . Serve it warm and enjoy x
